Absolutely incredible customer service from these. Dave was wonderful and was very quick to resolve a minor issue I had with my online order. TL;DR New to Airsoft, were so helpful in advising me to figure out what I wanted. Excellent service and good pricing! I'm a complete newbie to Airsoft but have always had an interest in obtaining an Airsoft gas pistol. After finally having enough money I went searching and was completely swamped. I decided I needed to speak to someone in person to determine where I would get the most out of my money. I went to Defcon and came away a very happy customer with a brand spanking new Two tone Glock. The two staff (Tom and another gent whose name escapes me, apologies) who served me were incredibly helpful. They let me peruse their cabinet and handle any pistol I wanted to look at, getting a feeling for each one and honing in on what would suit me. I did take up a good chunk of their time, maybe an hour perusing and debating til I landed on one I wanted. They were honest, not pushy and answered all my questions. They also said if I had any issues or more questions about my gun to get in contact or nip round again, even if just for a chat. I cannot recommend them enough and will more than likely be going back!

Service and communication is spot on, can't fault them in the slightest. Highly reccomend.

Amazing customer service, they called up saying they weren't happy with the quality of the replica I ordered so they asked if they could send me a alternative model , just arrived today im thrilled with the service they provide and will be using it again very soon

Popped to the shop as I was up there visiting my lad in university. Spoke to two of the lads there who were genuinely helpful(thanks for your time) about the Gbls das system. Better than I can say about a few of the airsoft shops I've visited in the past. I will be back the next time I'm up that way. Thanks Richie

They have a wide range of carefully picked products and thanks to their strong import partnership with other countries like Japan they often lead the charge in getting in the brand new products and at competitive prices too. Furthermore, they also believe in giving back to the community with regular heavy discounts and even competitions to prizes from their range. Fantastic shop, staff and products.

So, spotted a good Black Friday sale deal at Defcon. I place my order on that Friday; on Monday I'm signing with UPS for receipt of a Marui AK102, which arrives properly packed, in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. (And it's just what I hoped it would be, too, but that's a different - if still happy - story) Helpful, friendly, prompt and effective - excellent outcome.
