APS X2 XTreme G-BOX Co2 GBBR (Long – Black)
The APS brand is well-known among airsoft players for their electric blowback rifles, CO2 pistols, and Thunder B grenade family. The company is situated in Hong Kong. Thanks to the incorporation of the e-Silver Edge Gear Box into their AEG firearms, APS rifles have been well-respected in recent years. People are starting to recognise the brand “APS” as a distributor and maker of airsoft weapons for players at the intermediate to high end. The new GBBR from APS is set to hit the market in the fourth quarter of 2022. Playing and owning a GBBR for the price of an AEG is no longer a pipe dream, based on the existing APS AEG versions that use the AR-15 platform (V2 Gear Box).
The APS GBB system differs from other GBBR in that it fits neatly inside an AEG receiver thanks to its GBB Box (also known as a G.Box). A Taiwanese firm produced something very similar a long time ago. The idea, however, is being further developed by APS beginning in 2018. They invested four years into improving and innovating this device. The design is now superior to the original Taiwanese one thanks to all the improvements made. All APS G.Box rifles use CO2 as their main gas source. The internal components of the gun, such as the firing pin, trigger, hammer, and disconnector, are constructed from steel to enhance its longevity and performance.
The APS G.Box rifle, like other GBBs on the market, features a bolt lock system that locks the bolt at the back when the magazine is empty. The new GBBR has a genuine feel because to its realistic recoil and kick intensity. Since the majority of the components are already present in existing AEGs, we were able to keep the price low enough that most airsofters could afford it. The only new parts are the G.Box, magazine, Hop Up Unit, and inner/outer barrel.
The X2 Xtreme Rifle is APS’s second GBBR rifle variant featuring the G.Box system. An M4 rifle of the standard calibre. The Phantom 5.0 M-Lok 10-inch handguard, RS-3 rear stock, skull fire selector, and Ambi magazine catch are all included. The magazine is designed to accommodate one 12g CO2 capsule, allowing you to fire two full magazines thanks to the improved gasification system.
