In order to meet the demand for high-quality, precisely made airsoft components intended for durability and performance, PolarStar Precision Airsoft was established in January 2009.
PolarStar’s strategy changed after the proprietary Fusion Engine HPA technology was released in 2011. The emphasis switched from creating upgrade components that fit into the limitations of already-existing systems to creating cutting-edge HPA systems and accessories that take the place of stale AEG technology.

Keeping alive our historic manufacturing legacy of “Made in the USA,” PolarStar Airsoft is a division of PolarStar Engineering & Machine (PSE&M), a special crafts machine shop offering full-service CAE/CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing) capabilities.
When PSE&M was first established in 1997, it focused on providing “art to part” systems and components for the motor racing sector. We keep a Professional Engineer (P.E.) on staff who works under the direction of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers to ensure and certify that all design and engineering standards are satisfied. PolarStar provides engineering and manufacturing services specifically geared toward the airsoft sector in addition to our own product line.
