With everything you need from an everyday carry in a super-compact 3.5oz folding knife, the CRKT AttaboyTM is built to handle anything the day throws at you. It is light as a feather as sharp as a claw.

The AttaboyTM slides open swiftly and easily thanks to Ken Onion’s Assisted Opening and designer Flavio Ikoma’s IKBSTM ball bearing pivot mechanism.

The 2.7-inch drop-point blade is made of D2 steel, which retains its edge exceptionally well. Deadbolt®, another Ikoma invention, secures the blade as it is deployed. The knife gives a solid, sturdy grip that feels natural despite its small size.

The hybrid front flipper makes sure the whole cutting edge of the blade is accessible without obstruction. The AttaboyTM employs a glass-reinforced nylon handle to help it attain its featherweight status and was designed to spend the entire day by your side.

When closed, it is less than 4 inches long, and the deep-carry clip allows you to carry it comfortably low in your pocket until you need it.

The Workings of Assisted Opening

The blade is held firmly closed in your pocket, but as you start the deployment and halfway through the rotation, it quickly rotates open for a quick, effective, one-handed opening.

What a Deadbolt® Does

When used, steel bolts lock with the blade to produce amazing strength. At the pivot, a large button allows for effortless, hands-free disengagement without putting fingers in the path of the blade.
