CRKT Pilar® Large
The CRKT Pilar® Large retains the soul of the bestselling original and the epic tale that inspired its name while adding a wider blade and a gorgeous stonewash finish.
When tucked away, it is discrete, and when it is in use, it has been thoughtfully designed to outperform its weight.
In his Danish store, Jesper Voxnaes invented the original CRKT Pilar®. named after Ernest Hemingway’s favourite yacht, a 38-foot long boat he used to conduct rogue surveillance of German U-boats in Caribbean waters during World War II.
The well-known author was also an avid big-game hunter, sailor, and fisherman; for his daily tasks, he would have chosen a knife companion from the Pilar® line.
The sturdy blade has a stonewash finish, and the crucial tip comes in handy for more intricate chores.
The Pilar’s blade is deployed from its stainless steel handle using a flipper and thumb slot opening option, both of which are secured by a frame lock for your security.
