Spyderco LeafJumper®
The lightweight, mid-sized RockJumperTM was created by Spyderco co-founder Sal Glesser to meet the demands of climbers and outdoor enthusiasts.
Sal went back to the drawing board after the RocJumper’s success and the comments from its devoted followers, and the LeafJumper was created.
The Spyderco LeafJumper® has the same ergonomic handle design as its cousin, incorporating FRN scales, non-slip Bi-Directional Texturing, a 4-position pocket clip, a robust back lock mechanism, and a positive self-close function.
In order to provide the longest possible edge length, the VG-10 stainless steel blade also has a small ricasso (the full-thickness, undeveled portion closest to the handle). It differs from its family member due to its full-flat ground, satin-finished, leaf-shaped blade.
Its point is raised and reinforced by the slightly upswept edge shape, boosting its adaptability to a wide range of applications.
