Tokyo Marui URG-I 11.5″ SOPMOD Block 3 Next Gen Recoil System AEG – The latest carbine of the US Army Special Forces
The model equipped with the latest 14-inch upper receiver (URG-I) used by the US Army Special Forces “Green Beret” from 2019 is lined up in the next-generation electric gun!
It is a discerning model that pursues the specifications unique to URG-I, including a hand guard that measures the real thing and reproduces a unique shape.
The Colt M4A1 carbine was developed as a model exclusively for the US Army Special Forces. Due to its outstanding performance in CQB (Close Quarters Battle), it has been supplied in large quantities to soldiers belonging to the Airborne Division and Marine Corps in recent years, and has rapidly grown into an automatic rifle that substitutes for the US military.
In the latter half of the 1990s, Knights’ RIS (= rail interface system), which was a mount rail on the four sides of the hand guard, appeared. During this period, new models such as optical instruments, silencers, and flashlights have been introduced one after another. In addition, a grenade launcher that can be attached to the barrel is also available, and by selecting and installing these accessories according to the content of the operation, it is possible to respond to various situations without changing the base gun.
Since the M4A1 has been active in Afghan and Iraq, the “modular weapon system” that attaches various optional parts based on a small and lightweight carbine with rails has been adopted in each country. The successful systematic operation of military guns made the M4A1 a major achievement in the history of guns.
Equipped with shoot & recoil engine
By pulling the trigger, the weight that imitates the bolt operates at the same time as firing, and the strong recoil generated inside the main body is transmitted to the whole body. In addition, an auto stop system is used to stop the firing operation when the magazine is empty. It is a model that pursues the reality of operation and operability.
M-LOK rail system
The hand guard reproduces the super modular rail (SMR) MK16 M-LOK DDC that uses the rail system “M-LOK”. The 20mm wide (Picatinny standard) M-LOK rail comes with 3 types of 3 slots, 5 slots, and 7 slots. It can be easily attached and detached with the included hexagon wrench.
Achieves outstanding rigidity
Metallic materials are used for various parts such as rail hand guards, outer barrels, buffer tubes, and flash hiders. While adopting a full floating barrel where the hand guard does not interfere with the barrel, it realizes rigidity that is safe for game use.
Foldable front / rear sight
The front sight that can be adjusted up and down and the rear sight that can be adjusted up, down, left and right are foldable in consideration of the use of optical sights. In addition, since it is mounted via the mount rail, the mounting position can be changed and it can be attached and detached.
Compatible with various muzzle options
By removing the flash hider on the muzzle, you can install a muzzle option with a 14mm reverse screw specification such as a silencer.
This Rifle Receiver, Outer barrel, stock buffer tube as well as a lot of other parts are constructed out of steel. The barrel is a full float barrel without any contact with the handguard for much better stability.
With 82 Rounds Steel Housing Magazine (This mag fits other Tokyo Marui Next Gen M4s), The “recoil shock” system supplies a powerful and impressive recoil and copies the bolt movement every shot. The weapon is furnished with a system that stops it firing once the mag is empty to enhance reality as well as functions of the replica.
This is about as close to the real rifle as you can get with an Airsoft Gun – with the URG, Tokyo Marui have taken Airsoft replicas to a whole new level.
